A veteran of SCORE desert racing with nearly three decades of experience, Rafael Navarro III has established himself as one of the most consistent and accomplished competitors in the sport. Racing alongside his son Rafael Navarro IV, the Temecula-based driver has built an impressive legacy across multiple classes, demonstrating remarkable versatility and longevity in the demanding world of Baja racing.

Navarro's career highlights include multiple SCORE Lites victories, capturing class wins at the prestigious Baja 500 in 2011, 2013, and 2015. His 2015 triumph was particularly notable as a solo victory, showcasing his individual skill and determination. The father-son racing duo has become a formidable force in Class 10 competition, consistently running competitive Alumi Craft machines in events ranging from the legendary Baja 1000 to the technical Baja 500.

Operating out of Southern California's racing hub, Navarro has competed against some of the sport's biggest names while maintaining his position as a respected privateer.
